Participate in a minimum of four workouts per week for 8 weeks
Next Level Fitness & Performance’s fun, fat-burning, and scientifically-designed workouts are 60 minutes long and consist of a dynamic warm-up, core and overall body strengthening exercises to gain muscle and lose fat, increasing cardiovascular health, as well as flexibility and joint mobility for injury prevention. When you sign up for our 8-Week Challenge, we ask that you participate in at least 4 workouts per week, but you able to participate in unlimited classes in 8 weeks.

Follow our simple nutrition plan (no special food, no supplements required!)
We give you the guidelines and a grocery list for a simple high protein diet. We even give you recipes to get you started! At our weekly meetings, we offer a new recipe for you to try to help keep your diet interesting during the course of the challenge.

Journal your exercise, meals and snacks daily
We ask that you journal your food intake as a form of accountability and as a way to get you to see what you really put into your body, Our trainers will look over your journal each week to give you feedback as to whether you’re on the right track or if you need to make some adjustments to your food intake.
