PHILOSOPHY OF TRAINING

 

Next Level Performance Training focuses on increasing the confidence levels of our clients.

 

Athletes and Youth Training

 

An athlete is not a body builder or a power lifter, and should not train like one. There are exercises that will cross into these training techniques, but the goal should always be performance in the sport. Through research and years of experience, we have put together training systems with the one goal of increasing confidence and performance of our athletes. The components of our training programs focus on improving: core strength, speed, explosiveness, quickness, and agility, as well as upper and lower body strength and power.

General Population

Every client is a little different and their needs are as well. Raising confidence in you may mean losing 15 or 20 pounds. For others it may be increasing strength or better overall flexibility. If you are recovering from an injury, your goal may be to get back to where you were. If you wake up with a sore low back everyday, you might just need some strengthening to get you back healthy. Whether you need a motivating change-up to your current program or long-term accountability. Either way, the trainers at Next Level Fitness & Performance can help you meet your goals.
