EARLY ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ages 7-10)
If you have a budding athlete, then it's never too early to make sure they develop the motor skills, coordination, movement and running skills necessary to take them to the next level of their athletic development and avoid habits that could lead to injury later in their athletic careers. THIS IS A FUN, NO PRESSURE class focused on improvement.
COMPLETE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ages 11-14)
Because kids in this age group are growing so fast that they are literally learning to move with a new body about every 3-6 months! This program is specifically designed for young athletes looking to improve confidence and athletic performance. They'll need to develop basic movement skills and motor skills that will maximize their immediate potential and give them tools for lifelong exercise. We want them to "love to run and move!"
Your athlete will achieve their next level of athletic performance through:
- Linear and multi-directional speed development
- Agility and quickness improvement
- Increased relative body and core strength
- Develop sound nutritional habits
- Better eye-hand coordination
- Responsibility and confidence
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM (ages 15-23)
Each athlete will be required to go through a movement screen and will be tested on specific athletic skills. The movement screen allows our coaches to flush out stability/mobility issues as well as muscular imbalances that could lead to injury. The performance tests will give our athletic performance coaches actual data so we can track the athlete's progress. Components of the testing program include: vertical jump, horizontal jump, speed, strength, agility, balance,core stability, conditioning and nutritional assessment.
After the assessment and detailed discussion of the athlete's goals, your performance coach will design a program focused on reducing injury risk and extreme performance enhancement. Athletes can train in semi-private, or small group (no more than 6 per group), or in private sessions.
1-ON-1 COACH-TO-ATHLETE OR TEAM TRAINING
Football, Basketball, lacrosse, softball, baseball, soccer and more. Get an edge for your team with athletes prepared for their upcoming season! Give your team more confidence through increased agility, core strength, power and speed. Your team will practice better because they have more endurance and understand how to train and concentrate on making themselves better.
