EARLY ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ages 7-10)
Kids in this age group need to focus on basic motor skills, coordination, movement and learning to run properly. Most importantly, they need to have fun doing it! Our Early Athletic Development Program is a no-pressure-just-improvement type of class perfect for your aspiring athlete!
Your young athlete will learn:
*Better running skills and techniques to improve speed

*Increased overall core and body strength
*Jumping and landing skills
*Better power, flexibility and endurance for their sport

COMPLETE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ages 11-14)
Because kids in this age group are growing so fast that they are literally learning to move with a new body about every 3-6 months! This program is specifically designed for young athletes looking to improve confidence and athletic performance. They'll need to develop basic movement skills and motor skills that will maximize their immediate potential and give them tools for lifelong exercise. We want them to "love to run and move!"
Your athlete will achieve their next level of athletic performance through:
* Linear and multi-directional speed development
* Agility and quickness improvement
* Increased relative body and core strength
* Developing sound nutritional habits
* Better eye-hand coordination
* Responsibility and confidence
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM (ages 15-23)
Each athlete will be required to go through a functional movement screen (FMS) and will be tested on specific athletic skills. The functional movement screening allows our coaches to identify stability/mobility issues as well as any muscular imbalances that could lead to injury. The athletic performance tests provide our performance coaches with actual data that will be used to track the athlete's progress. Components of the athletic performance testing program include: vertical jump, horizontal jump, speed, strength, agility, balance, core stability, conditioning and nutritional assessment.
After the assessment and detailed discussion of the athlete's goals, your performance coach will design a program focused on extreme performance enhancement and reducing injury risk. Athletes can train in semi-private or group sessions.
